I am a creative designer by trade, and all around curious human. I was adopted, which gave me a handful of adversities to overcome, and also made me a observer of the world in which we live. Over the years, I have learned how to turn my adversities into strengths, and want to help others feel empowered with themselves.
After the many years of self growth and development I’ve endured, I’ve come out 100x stronger with so much insight and wisdom to share.
Meaning Behind the Psyche & Style Name
I chose the name Psyche and Style for my blog to describe the intricate connection between our mental and physical selves – which in turn shapes our world.
It also describes my two favorite things, design and psychology. Our brains are magical, our human exiiistence is magical, and we are more connected than we think.
